Eighth-rankedNH Ostrava (5-12) was very close to win a game against fourth ranked Brno (11-4) on Saturday. Brno managed to secure only two-point victory 84-82 . However their fans expected much easier game. Brno looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 31 personal fouls committed by NH Ostrava helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international swingman David Jelinek (194-1990, agency: Octagon Europe) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points. The former international guard Radek Farsky (195-1999, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Four Brno players scored in double figures. Swingman Michal Svoboda (190-1999) answered with 25 points and 9 rebounds and American forward Keenon Cole (201-2000, college: Lindenwood) added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for NH Ostrava. NH Ostrava's coach Adam Choleva rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Brno moved-up to third place. NH Ostrava at the other side keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Olomoucko.
